  第一个条款要求你完成两个任务,首先要在提单日期之后3天之内,将提单副本,正本商业发票,正本装箱单,以及正本原产地证用快递寄给开证申请人. 第二个任务是制作一份受益人声明, 说明上述的这些单据已经在装运之后3天内给快递给开证申请人了, 并且附上快递收据,与其他单据一同提交议付.
  第二个条款是要求提交给议付行一份原产地证的影印件用于议付.(这里要注意,不是副本,而是影印件)

  1. 这个快递收据副本怎么给，信用证的交单资料我们是通过快递寄给银行的。
  答：议付银行如无特殊规定，最好选择在自己容易亲往的地方，或最好自己交单，有问题及时发现，及时换单。也可以解决快件收据的问题。
  2. 这个问题是 上面那个条款说的是 原产地证 ，这条说的是 原产地证副本，我搞糊涂了。
  答:这个是由商会（在中国也就是贸促会）出具的原产地证，这里要求提供的是副本。 一本这种产地证可有多个正本和副本，在向贸促会申请办理时注明。
  原产地证一般有两种，一个是由商检局出具的A式产地证（也称为：FORM A), 另一种就是由商会（贸促会）出具的的原产地证。
